Jandts Precious Pimples, aka "Cowboy"
AMHA/AMHR Born 1996

Big thank you goes out to Carrie Newburg of Cherokee Rose Miniatures for allowing us to add Cowboy to our herd!  These pictures were taken at Carrie's, Cowboy was 11 years old and just pulled out of the pasture, no conditioning done.  He's a gorgeous boy.  Not only is his buckskin leopard appaloosa coloring striking, but he has a beautiful head and neck, wonderful topline and tailset, and boy can he MOVE!   Cowboy is also so sweet and easy-going, great to handle, just a doll.   Cowboy bred the Magic Mist mares for the first time in the spring of 2009.   He covered five mares, and all five mares settled and carried to term, and every foal by Cowboy this year has been a FILLY.  A buckskin, two palominos, a sorrel and a double dilute.   Only one of those has discernable appaloosa coloring but there will be no complaints here!  (more will likely spot out in time, as some have appy characteristics).   Every one of his foals is wonderfully straight, upright, with long legs, lovely necks and high tailsets.  I love love LOVE this stallion!  See Cowboy's Page for more pictures.

CCMF Spotted Illusion

By Mountain Highs White Cloud, a Fallabella-bred leopard stallion, "Louie" is a bay leopard appaloosa purchased as a weanling from Critter Creek Farm (CCMF) in Winter Haven Florida. Louie is a truly beautiful horse, with absolutely striking color, wonderful conformation and movement. Louie bred three mares for us in 2006 as a two year old, since he was well-matured and ready to go. All three mares had beautiful healthy foals in the spring of 2007. He sired three more foals the next year for 2008, and he is definitely producing some COLOR along with correct conformation, great movement, and beauty. The next two years we only had him cover one mare each spring, as we leased a stallion in 2008, and in 2009 bred mares to our new stallion "Cowboy". He gave us a superb foal each year. Louie's foals are consistently correct and lovely. We are retaining at least two of Louie's fillies and one of his colts. With needing to reduce our numbers we must now regretfully offer Louie for sale. See Louie's page for more pictures.

Out on lease.

Erica's Streakn' For Bucks
AMHA/AMHR   Born 2006
Out of MCC Feathers Silver Streak (Reserve National Champion Halter and daughter of Yellow Diamond Little Feather) and by Little Kings Big City Bucks (a direct son of THE Little Kings Buckeroo) this little stallion is spectacular. "Streaker" is a buckskin appaloosa and he is very refined and has a gorgeous trot, along with a wonderful dispostion. He was shown in just four shows in 2007 and accumulated 44 halter points, 3 overall grands, and 9 junior grands, in tough competition. At the 2007 AMHR Nationals he placed Top Five in halter. Streaker has started driving training and will be in the show ring in 2011. We're also expecting his very first foal crop. See Streaker's Page for more pics.

Magic Mist Charismatic
Born March 3, 2009
Out of Mountain Highs AMayZing, and by Windy Woods Speckled Ice, this little buckskin pinto colt is spectacular!   Born at 297 days gestation, but he hasn't let that slow him down. He's healthy and active.  Very typey, with gorgeous head and neck, refined, and has a wonderful topline and tailset.  This colt should be an awesome show horse. He's very sociable, he whinnies and comes running when he sees someone, he just loves attention!    He will be offered for sale, we are just waiting a bit before pricng him, though he will be reasonably priced and we will also offer show incentives. If you are looking for a born-to-show show horse, don't let this little colt pass you by! All 2009 foals are nominated into the AMHR Futurity! See Charis' page for more info and pics.

Lab tested cremello dun homozygous pinto.

We leased Ice from Cherilyn and Keith Simagna of MMMTC for the 2008 breeding season, and are expecting seven of his foals in 2009.  Two other mares carrying Ice foals were sold, and another outside mare was bred.   Every mare that Ice bred last year settled. Good job Ice!

All photos of Ice are all natural, straight out of the pasture, not body-clipped. He has never had a neck sweat on, never been "show conditioned", never even taught to "stand up" the camera really doesn't do this beautiful horse justice. He is a magnificent horse with a beautiful neck and a lovely trot. He is a once in a lifetime kind of horse. Thanks SO much to the Simagnas for trusting us with their beautiful stallion!

Update!  The first  has arrived, on March 2nd-- a beautiful buckskin pinto colt!
